LeasePlan launches India’s first vehicle service portal

LeasePlan India, a leading operational leasing and fleet management company and a subsidiary of LeasePlan Corporation NV, Netherlands, has announced the launch of its service portal. The portal, first-of-its-kind in India, will redefine customer convenience by providing a platform for placing service requests and offering a real-time service status dashboard to LeasePlan vehicle users.

The online portal opens up yet another communication channel for LeasePlan customers and vehicle users to place service and damage repair requests, track request status, download insurance policies and share feedback related to their leased cars. Customers can login to the portal to access information and instant updates related to their vehicles.

The portal is linked to a robust ERP system, which feeds real-time information in response to user requests. At the back-end, it is managed by a team of service professionals to ensure speedy response to customer requests.
