My FM Jiyo Dil Se Awards II winners felicitated in Indore
The Awards acknowledge & honour the hard work & commitment of the common people towards betterment of the society and highlights their determination and resolve
The second edition of My FM Jiyo Dil Se Awards presented by LIC culminated at a gala ceremony at Indore. The Awards acknowledged and honoured the hard work and commitment of the common people towards betterment of the society and highlighted their determination and resolve, which will further inspire others to do the same.
Speaking on the initiative, Harrish M Bhatia, CEO, My FM said, “The Awards ceremony culminated months of hard work and preparation. The Awards are our way of encouraging the common people to take up causes for societal betterment. All the winners are a role model to the society and inspire others to live life ‘Dil Se’.”
The winners in the Education category included Kokilan Dayabhai Shah, Shibani Ghosh, Raashid Parvez Ansari, Pragaya Soni and Ankur Tiwari. The Art and Culture Awards went to Gaurav Sharma, Gurminder Kaur, and VV Ramana Kiran. Darshan Desai, Ashish Khatri and Ashish Kumar Sharma were felicitated under the Conservation & Environment category, while Ashif Sheikh, Dr Mamta Tiwari were given awards for their commendable work in the Socio Economic Welfare category. The award for Sports went to Md. Faizan Khudar Bakas and Joydeep Kaur. In the Child Care and Development category, Bhuvanendra Singh Chauhan was declared the winner. The Public Service award went to Nishtha Thaakar Anand, while the award for Women’s Welfare and Empowerment went to Sunita Tikariya.
The awards were given away by spiritual guru and social reformer Bhaiyyu Maharaj, who was the chief guest at the event. The other dignitaries present at the Awards ceremony included Kailash Vijaywargiya, Cabinet Minister - Urban Administration & Housing-Environment; Jeetendra Chauhan, Chairman, Jade Blue; and Ratnakar Patnayak, LIC SDM, Indore, among others.
Following the announcement of top 30 entries across various categories, My FM received tremendous response in terms of listeners voting for their favourite entries over the last few weeks. Online and SMS voting was open in My FM markets covering the seven states of Rajasthan, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Haryana. Based on the listener votes the final 18 winners were selected.
My FM had announced the My FM Jiyo Dil Se Awards last year to recognise and acknowledge the extraordinary achievements of the common people. This was the second edition of the awards. The results were tabulated by Ernst & Young, the official tabulators for the awards.
