One97, touted as India’s largest and most widely deployed telecom application platform company, has announced strengthening of its management team with the appointment of Sanjay Singh as Chief Technology Officer.
One97, touted as India’s largest and most widely deployed telecom application platform company, has announced strengthening of its management team with the appointment of Sanjay Singh as Chief Technology Officer.
Singh brings more than 21 years of extensive experience across domains – Multimedia, Telecom, Embedded Systems, Systems Software and Applications to One97, having recently served as MD of Dilithium Networks. He will be based at One97’s Noida office and will oversee Technology and R&D functions.
Commenting on Singh’s appointment, Vijay Shekhar Sharma, Managing Director, One97 Communications, said, “We are delighted to have Sanjay on board. His appointment reiterates our commitment to enable telecom networks in becoming the best and most used media to deliver content, information and intelligent transactions to consumers.”

Prior to this appointment, Singh was responsible for engineering, general management, business development and sales at Dilithium. He had set up Dilithium operations in India from scratch and built it to be the biggest center of Dilithium worldwide. Prior to that Singh was with BayPackets Technologies, as COO and AVP Engineering, with responsibilities for Engineering Management and Operations of the BayPackets India centre. Before BayPackets, he was VP, System Software Engineering at Aplion Networks, an IP infrastructure company.
