Time Square Media Services Pvt Ltd launched its news and features website, www.network2media.com, on May 11, 2009. The B2B website is strongly focused on the out-of-home (OOH) industry.
The website will carry not only daily news pertaining to the OOH industry, but also have regular interviews and guest columns from international as well as India-based OOH professionals.
The website will also cover technological developments in the out-of-home industry, digital signage and ambient media.
The prime mover of the project is Rishi Jaiswal. A first-generation entrepreneur, www.network2media.com is Jaiswal’s first venture. He has spent almost a decade in the US, working with some blue-chip IT companies such as Infosys and BEA Systems, among others, before returning to India. Jaiswal has extensive expertise in the Internet domain and has been involved with various web-based start-ups in the US.
Veteran business journalist Kalyan Kar is Editor-in-Chief. Prior to joining www.network2media.com, Kar was Editor of exchange4media.com. His earlier assignments were with Bennett, Coleman & Co Ltd (The Economic Times and The Times of India), and the ABP Group.
Backing these two senior professionals is Arup Dutt, a seasoned media professional with over 22 years of experience in mainstream media, spanning Print, Video News Magazine, Terrestrial and Satellite Television, Internet, Events, Book Publishing & OOH.
