Paras Buildtech appoints Bharat Bhushan Dhuppar as CMO Officer
Paras Buildtech India has announced the appointment of Bharat Bhushan Dhuppar as Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to joining Paras Buildtech India, he had worked with leading brands in the hospitality and real estate sectors.

In his new role, Dhuppar will be responsible for the brand positioning, sales, CRM and business development.
Commenting on Dhuppar’s appointment, Harindra Nagar, Managing Director, Paras Buildtech, said, “Bharat is a perfect person to take on the responsibility of Paras Buildtech and take it on to the next level leveraging his rich experience in framing better marketing and sales strategies for the company. Dhuppar has a collective experience in the sector of Sales and Marketing of more than two decades. He had begun his career with Taj Group of Hotels and later on moved to serve the Oberoi Hotels & Resort. After his stint in the hospitality segment he moved to the Real Estate sector. In the past he has worked with TCG Real Estate in strategic tie up with Vornado, US and was heading one of their joint ventures as a CMO. Later on he joined the Lodha group for more than two years as Senior Vice President Sales before moving to Mantri Developers as Chief Marketing Officer.
Bharat attributes his success to Sandeep Mathrani and Tuhin Parekh, who helped him learn the nuances of the business at TCG. He also says that the best employer undoubtedly in the real Estate is Lodha Group ,it is at Lodha where he actually got to learn all about residential sales .Finally under the guidance of the most dynamic leader Mr Sushil Mantri he was able to polish his skills in Real Estate marketing .
