Rediffusion – Y&R appoints Saumya Chattopadhyay as Planning Head – Mumbai
Rediffusion – Y&R has appointed Saumya Chattopadhyay as Planning Head - Mumbai. He will report into Arvind Mohan, Group Chief Strategy Officer as well as Nisha Singhania, Executive Vice President, Rediffusion – Y&R, Mumbai. Saumya moves in from Milk +Co. DDB International Kuala Lumpur Malaysia where he was Head of Planning, overseeing the Planning Department.
Saumya Chattopadhyay has a diverse and unconventional career spanning over 12 years across different countries and industries. He began his career in the advertising industry with Concept Communications, Mumbai. Post which, he has worked with agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi - London, DDB - Kuala Lumpur, O&M - Mumbai, JWT - Delhi, Euro RSCG - Mumbai & Vyas Giannetti - Mumbai. Saumya has worked with some leading brands like Pepsi, Bharti Walmart, Volkswagen, Izuzu, Unilever, BBC World, Aditya Birla Group, Reckitt Benckiser & Sony Entertainment Television to name a few.
