South Asia Multimedia increases stake South Asia FM to 20 pc
Sun TV Network on August 3, 2009, informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that South Asia Multimedia Technologies, an investment arm of Malaysia-based Astro Group, has increased its stake in South Asia FM Ltd (SAFL) from 6.98 per cent to 20 per cent. SAFL is part of Sun TV Network. The present shareholding of Sun TV Network Ltd in SAFL is 59.15 per cent.

Sun TV Network on July 29, 2009 had informed BSE that quarter ended June, 30, 2009 its revenues had gone up 29 per cent, while net profit was up 17 per cent.
