Taking the theme of its ‘Think Blue. Drive Blue.’ campaign to the next level, Volkswagen and BBC Topgear magazine are encouraging visitors at the ongoing Auto Expo 2012 in New Delhi to support a greener environment by distributing seeds.
Seeds will be handed over to visitors along with contests on various social media platforms specifically designed to highlight and promote a greener environment.
Lutz Kothe, Head - Marketing & PR, Volkswagen Passenger Cars, said, “Our initiatives under the Think Blue campaign is to persistently put a conscious effort towards a cleaner and a more sustainable environment not only for ourselves, but our future generations as well. Our campaign today is just a small step towards this effort.”
Volkswagen had launched the Think Blue campaign in India in 2011, coinciding with the introduction of its first car line with BlueMotion Technologies - the Passat - and will continue to highlight its efficient technologies in the coming years as well.
