Children’s channel Hungama TV will celebrates one year of its cartoon character ‘Shinchan’ on June 19. On this occasion, the channel plans to air a series of rib tickling episodes of Shinchan throughout the day, on June 19, from 7 am to 7 pm.
Aparna Bhosle, Director-Programming and Production, Hungama TV, said, “We are extremely excited to celebrate Shinchan’s popularity in India. A marathon of Shinchan episodes on June 19 is a perfect anniversary celebration for all Shinchan fans in India.”
After the fame in the countries of Europe, Latin America and the Far East, this series featuring the hilarious antics of Shinchan has given the channel quite good numbers on TRPs since its launch on Hungama TV last year in India.
