Hungama TV has beefed up its comedy offering with the launch of ‘Kiteretsu’. Launched on October 22, this popular Japanese animation airs Monday-Friday at 6.30 pm.

Aparna Bhosle, Director-Programming and Production, Walt Disney Television International (India), said, “Comedy-themed Japanese classic anime on Hungama TV such as ‘Doraemon’, ‘Shinchan’, ‘Kochikame’ and ‘Tensai Bakabon’ are very popular with our audience. With the launch of ‘Kiteretsu’, we hope to further strengthen Hungama TV’s ‘mad fun’ positioning.”

The story revolves around a young scientist Kiteretsu and a robot Korosuke built by him. Kiteretsu frequently travels in the time machine that he invented, with his friends and Korosuke.
