Poulomi Roy, Chief Marketing Officer of RSH Global, spoke to exchange4media about her purpose-driven strategies and campaigns for the growth of the brand Joy, which has been making personal care products.

Roy has spearheaded various campaigns, empowering transgenders, sex workers and acid attack survivors. 

In this conversation, she talks about Joy’s latest campaign #JustEmpowerOne that aims to bring forth the challenges of woman acid attack survivors. 

“The campaign aims to raise funds in order to educate and upskill acid attack survivors, enabling them for a better future,” Roy notes.
