Under the Exchange programme, customers can bring old newspapers, clothes and household items to stores and receive ₹100 per kg in shopping coupons redeemable across categories.
The installation quickly evolved from an OOH spectacle into a participative city activation. Passersby engaged in a ‘Guess the Weight’ contest hosted on-ground, with winners receiving instant vouchers. Office-goers paused mid-commute, families calculated potential savings, and college students turned the scale into a social challenge.
The activation seamlessly extended into digital. Influencers and local content creators amplified the installation through selfies and forced-perspective shots, transforming the Taraazu into a shareable symbol of value.
