Ekta Kapoor, Karan Johar & Kangana Ranaut among winners of Padma Shri this year
141 Padma awards were bestowed for accomplishments in various fields, including art, social work, public affair and science
The list of this year's Padama Shri winners is out and among the winners this year are names like Ekta Kapoor, Karan Johar, Adnan Sami and Kangana Ranaut.
Commenting on the win, Karan Johar tweeted to express his gratitude and happiness.

This year 141 Padma awards were awarded to those who accomplished in the fields of art, social work, public affair, science and engineering, medicine, trade and industry, literature and education, sports, civil service, etc.
The President of India will honour the Padma awardees at a function at the Rashrapati Bhavan in March or April this year.
