Federal court case against DAN by former employee over ‘pain due to workstation’ dismissed
The dismissal was made with consent of both parties
A case filed in the Federal Court against Dentsu Aegis Network by a former employee has been dismissed, as per media reports.
The dismissal was made with consent of both parties.
Lien Tran had made 44 complaints, citing pain in her hand, finger and back which she said was because of her office workstation and workload.
However, DAN has said it does not have records of any complaint made by Tran and called the complaint “unparticularised, embarrassing and liable to be struck out”, reports said.
