Cricket icon Virat Kohli has struck a partnership with consultancy firm Sporting Beyond with a new team that will be working on the former skipper's business interests, media networks have reported.
Sporting Beyond has Ravi Shastri as a stakeholder. He has confirmed the development to a publication.
Sporting Beyond's Director Jaiveer Panwar was quoted as saying that they will provide Kohli with "advisory and consultancy services" and is not "an agent for Virat".
As of October 2024, Virat Kohli's annual earnings exceed $17.5 million, with a substantial portion stemming from social media posts and brand endorsements. He has been ranked 14th among the highest-paid stars on Instagram.
