In a recent development regional newspaper Malayala Manorama has elevated Varghese Chandy as Vice President of the publication. Prior to this he was working as Senior General Manager at Malayala Manorama.
Commenting on the new role he said, “It is great to be part of the senior team of Malayala Manorama.”
Chandy has served as a member of the technical committee at ‘The Readership Studies Council of India’ and has also worked as the Chairman, Working Group of the ‘National Readership Survey’. He has also won the 'Best Research Paper' award at The Worldwide Readership Research Symposium 2009, held in Spain.
