Mid Day Multimedia Ltd has informed BSE that the name of the company has been changed from 'Mid-Day Multimedia Ltd' to 'Next Mediaworks Ltd' with effect from April 26, 2011 vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation received from MCA/ Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.
