Span Communications has crossed the Rs100-crore turnover mark in fiscal 2006-07, which is a significant growth of 75 per cent over the previous year.

Commenting on the agency’s performance, Naresh Kheterpal, CEO, Span Communications, said, “We have been able to retain 75 per cent of our clients since inception and this has been possible because of appropriate strategic planning, good creative, relevant media planning, and meticulous implementation of campaigns of our various clients by which we have been able to make dreams become a reality.”

As part of the company’s growth vision, Span intends to maintain its growth rate in the coming years through a two-pronged strategy of expansion and innovation.

For the record, Span has built a niche for itself in the tourism sector. It has worked for clients such as the Ministry of Tourism, Andaman Tourism, ITDC, Goa Tourism, West Bengal Tourism, Uttaranchal Tourism, Andhra Pradesh Tourism and Delhi Tourism among others.

Besides tourism sector clients, the agency also has a host of other clients including Indian Oil Corporation, Power Finance Corporation, Income Tax Department, Powergrid Corporation, Samsung, Diamond Kitchen Sinks and Lakhani Shoes to name a few.
