BIG FM finalises two key leadership appointments

BIG FM has announced two key appointments in leadership positions. As reported by e4m last week, Shipra Srivastava has come on board as National Marketing Head while Soela Joshi is named Associate Vice President – IP. This is in line with expanding its content portfolio for integrated marketing campaigns and fortifying its original and digital content offering.
With an experience of over 11 years, Shipra Srivastava, an expert in brand campaign development, has worked with reputed brands and media agencies. Before joining BIG FM, she led marketing at OLX where she established a new positioning for the brand. She also has rich expertise in online and offline content marketing, influencer/celebrity initiatives and trade marketing. At BIG FM, she will spearhead the trade and brand marketing efforts for radio as well as Thwink, nationally.
Speaking about her new role, Srivastava said, "It is quite exciting for me to work with a brand which has not only established itself as the largest radio network, but also constantly reinvented with changing times. BIG FM has been able to effectively leverage its radio expertise to digital and deliver successful integrated campaigns. As the National Marketing Head, I am definitely looking forward to interacting and working with teams across regions and hope to continue the brand legacy and create many more impactful campaigns."

Soela Joshi brings along 20+ years of rich and diverse experience in advertising and media. She will leverage her expertise in brand building and strategy, branded content and revenue generating brand extensions. In her long and successful career, she has held leadership roles with various media companies including Radio, Print and Television.
Speaking about her role at BIG FM, Joshi said, “I am looking forward to leading the regional content portfolio for Thwink, our recently launched content studio and talent incubator. As the business head, I will be working closely with the sales and Thwink team to build IPs across digital and radio. BIG is an encouraging environment to work at and I am looking forward to the opportunity to help grow the IP portfolio.”
