Akaash Bangla terminates its association with ANI Media
Akaash Bangla has called off its association with national news service provider ANI Media, thus bringing to an end a seven-year association.

Akaash Bangla, which had an agreement with ANI Media Pvt Ltd for the last seven years as a subscriber for content on national news, has decided to terminate this association citing poor news content.
Subhasish Moitra, News Editor, Akaash Bangla, said, “Due to poor editorial content from ANI Media’s end, we are looking at another news service provider.”
International news to the channel is provided by APTN.
Akaash Bangla telecasts five-minute news bulletins on an hourly basis and three major news capsules at 6.30 pm-7pm, 9.30 pm-10 pm, and 10.30 pm-11 pm.
