Former Times OOH President Arghya Chakraborty joins Star TV

Times OOH's Arghya Chakraborty has joined Star TV. He is expected to take over responsibilities as Sales Head of the entertainment division in Star TV.
He was formerly the President at Times OOH, a post he moved on from in July. At the time of leaving Times OOH he had told exchange4media, “It has been a great four years in Times OOH. We have seen revenues increase by 85 per cent and the company seems to be on a growth path. I would like to thank all our clients, agencies and partners for their support in this journey.”
Sarath Chandra, who replaced Chakraborty at Times, had confirmed the news and said, “We thank Arghya for his contribution and wish him all the best for his future endeavours. The strong fundamentals have propelled the business on an enviable growth trajectory and garner a significant market share, making Times OOH the clear market leader. And with the power of the "Times ' brand and a multi-talented, award-winning team, I look forward to leading this business into the next phase of its evolution."
He has previously had stints with PepsiCo, Asian Paints and Tata Steel.
