‘Grey’s Anatomy’ revolves around the doctors of Seattle Grace Hospital and how each of them deals with life-or-death consequences on a daily basis. The eighth season kicks off with the Seattle Grace doctors learning how bad things are for Meredith Grey, the central character.
The show has won several awards in the past few years in categories such as Best Supporting Actress, Best Series Drama (Golden Globe Awards- 2005), Favourite TV Drama (People’s Choice Awards 2007), Favourite Male Star (People’s Choice Awards 2007 & 2008), Favourite Female TV Star (People’s Choice Awards 2008), and Favourite Scene Stealing Star (People’s Choice Awards 2008).
