I have never seen a CEO with such an entrepreneurial quality, said Markand Adhikari, CMD, SAB Group, about Uday Shankar as he reacted to Shankar's decision to step down as the President, The Walt Disney Company APAC and Chairman, Star & Disney India.
"I remember the days 23 years ago when he used to work with me on current affair shows. What an amazing unparallel rise! It's difficult for any media company to get another Uday Shankar," said Adhikari.
"He will create his own path wherever he goes. I wish him great success ahead," he added.
