SK Gupta, Secretary, TRAI, has said that nothing is going to change in the tweaking of the NTO that is expected to come up.
The change will only address consumers’ complain of the NTO not being consumer friendly, Gupta has said.
“TRAI is not anti-bouquet. The change that can be expected is to have a policy wherein those willing to buy a la carte channels are not pushed towards bouquet. Only small tweaking and modification to be done in the NTO.” he said.
