Vijay Subramaniam takes over as Amazon Prime Video India Country Head for an interim period
Hours within the news of Nitesh Kripalani stepping down as Amazon Country Head broke out, Vijay Subramaniam, Director, Content, Amazon Prime Video India took over his role for the interim period till they find Kripalani's replacement.
“We are currently looking to fill this position and will let you know as soon as we have something to announce. In the interim, Vijay Subramaniam, Director, Content for Prime Video India has stepped in to serve as his replacement till a suitable replacement can be found. We will ensure a smooth transition while we search for his replacement," confirms an Amazon India spokesperson.
Subramaniam joined the global streaming service recently. Before this he was with Disney India where he served as the Vice President - Content & Communication. He joined Disney in 2007.
