The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) has invited sealed tenders from interested parties for advertisement display rights on vertical faces of the superstructure of the obligatory span of Everard Nagar flyover on the Sion-Panvel Highway. The display property being offered is a 60m x 3m hoarding located on the Chembur side (north side).
The hoarding structure is owned by MSRDC and is being offered on an ‘as-is-where-is basis’ and ‘as-is-where-as condition’. The contract will be awarded for a period of three years.
The EMD required is Rs 3.6 lakh, which shall be deposited along with the bid. The bidders selected shall be required to deposit Rs 1 lakh to MSRDC as security deposit.
Interested parties can obtain the offer documents costing Rs 5,000 from the office of the Executive Engineer, Commercial Unit, Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd, Office Block-II, Bandra-Worli Sea Link Project Office, opposite Bandra Reclamation BEST Bus Depot, Bandra (West), Mumbai, till July 1, 2010.
The completed bids should be submitted latest by 3 pm on July 8, 2010. The offer will be valid for 90 days from the date of opening of the financial offer.
