NS Publicity, an OOH player in Rajasthan, has won the Delhi Metro Railway Corporation (DMRC) tender for exclusive advertising rights on the civil structures from Udyog Bhawan to Guru Dronacharya Marg (excluding the Guru Dronacharya Marg station). The contract has been awarded for a period of five years, to be renewed for another three years.
NS Publicity has won the bid over stiff competition from Advert Communications, Big Street and Pioneer Publicity.
This win gives the company exclusive ad rights on an approximate display area of 10,500 sq ft. The total estimated value of this project is Rs 65 crore over the entire tenure of the contract. There will be a 5 per cent escalation in the annual fee through this period.
Commenting on the win, KD Maheshwari, CEO, NS Publicity, said, “This win is totally in line with our growth plans in the Delhi market. We have already established sufficient momentum and presence through our earlier acquisitions of DMRC properties, NDMC utilities and the FOB and bus shelter projects in Noida. This win will further enhance our presence in the premium South Delhi locations.”
He further said, “We would like to invest in long term media properties that deliver value and we would like to expand our presence significantly through high value and quality media property acquisitions. We would like to establish and consolidate a leadership position in the important market of Delhi.”
