SAI Kolkata invites tenders for hoardings inside the campus
The Sports Authority of India (SAI), NSEC, Kolkata, has invited tenders under the ‘three-cover’ system to display hoardings inside the SAI campus alongside EM Bypass for a period of two years. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required for this tender is Rs 1 lakh.
The Sports Authority of India (SAI), NSEC, Kolkata has invited tenders from registered advertising agencies and firms under the ‘three-cover’ system to display advertising hoardings inside the SAI campus alongside EM Bypass for a period of two years. The maximum number of hoardings to be displayed is 30 and the specified size is 40’ X 20’. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required for this tender is Rs 1 lakh.
To be eligible for the contract, applicants should have 10 years experience in outdoor advertising. They should have a minimum turnover of Rs 30 crore for the last three years. Further, the applicants must have executed a single contract for Rs 1 crore with any government organisation, PSU, large industry or corporate house.
The requisite EMD should be deposited in the form of a crossed bank draft/ pay order issued by any nationalised bank favouring the Sports Authority of India payable at Kolkata.
Duly completed tender forms will have to be submitted latest by 3 pm on October 25, 2010. The technical bid will be opened on the same day at 3.30 pm.
