HDFC Bank has promoted Himika Gupta to Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Brand, as announced in a LinkedIn post.
Gupta expressed gratitude to her mentors and colleagues, reflecting on her professional journey and contributions to brand management, consumer insights, and business strategy.
In her new role, she aims to continue delivering business impact and meaningful customer value through innovative programs.
Gupta has previously worked with companies such as Kinnect and Dentsu Webchutney.

HDFC Bank has promoted Himika Gupta to the role of Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Brand. Gupta announced her elevation through a LinkedIn post, reflecting on her professional journey and expressing gratitude to her mentors and colleagues.

In her new role, Gupta will continue to contribute to the bank's brand function, building on her experience across brand management, consumer insights, business strategy, and innovative programmes. She highlighted that her work over the past few years has focused on delivering both business impact and meaningful customer value.

Sharing the announcement through a LinkedIn post, Gupta wrote, "Excited to share that I’ve been promoted to AVP – Brand at HDFC Bank. Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to expand beyond brand management into consumer insights, business strategy and innovative programs—driving work that delivers both business impact and meaningful customer value."

She also thanked her mentors, saying, "A heartfelt thank you to my seniors Abhilasha Mathur, Ashish Morone and Ravi Santhanam for believing in me, challenging me to think bigger, and giving me the guidance, trust and confidence to grow every step of the way. Grateful for this milestone and excited for the journey ahead."
