HUL announces key appointments to management committee
Harman Dhillon and Kartik Chandrasekhar join as executive directors of the B&W and PC divisions, respectively. Arun Neelakantan joins as the committee's new chief digital officer
Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has announced key appointments to its management committee to reinforce its efforts in the beauty and personal care (BPC) division and its digital agenda.
Reports suggest that the BPC division will transition into a beauty and well-being (B&W) and personal care business, effective April 1, 2024.
Madhusudhan Rao, executive director of B&W and PC is retiring from the company. Harman Dhillon will join the management committee as executive director of B&W. Kartik Chandrasekhar will join as executive director of PC. Dhillion and Chandrasekhar will assume their new responsibilities on April 1, 2024.
Arun Neelakantan will join HUL managing committee as its chief digital officer. He assumes office on January 1, 2024.
