Microsoft's Chief Brand Officer Kathleen Hall will be stepping down after her 16-year association with the tech major.
Hall posted on LinkedIn ambiguously about her future plans, writing that she plans to take some time off as she pursues her "next adventure." She also expressed gratitude to her team with whom she worked for 16 years.
During her stint with Microsoft, Hall helped with stewardship and activation of the brand, delivering strategic and fact-based consumer insights to drive the company's business.
Hall was behind the impactful “Empowering Us All” and the “One Consumer” campaigns by Microsoft.
She joined the tech giant in 2008 from Fidelity Investments where she was the SVP of Advertising and Brand.
Before that, she worked on the agency side, driving marketing strategy and execution for major global brands.
