Abhishek Ganguly, Managing Director (MD) of Puma India and South East Asia, has quit, according to highly placed sources. Ganguly is leaving the company after spending nearly 18 years there.
Ganguly will be serving till the month of August. Karthik Balagopalan, who has previously worked with Puma India, will be taking over as the MD after Ganguly.
Sources shared that Ganguly will be starting his entrepreneurial journey, setting up an equity-funded start-up in the sports ecosystem.
