Saugata Gupta has been re-appointed Managing Director and CEO of Marico for a 2-year term.

Gupta has been with the company for over 19 years.

Gupta joined Marico as Head of Marketing in 2004. He took over as CEO-India in 2007. Gupta has been in the current position since 2014.

He was earlier associated with Ashok Leyland, JSW Paints and ICICI Prudential.
