Sujit D’Souza replaces Sulina Menon at Carat with immediate effect , will be VP (North & East)
Sujit D’Souza will be stepping into Sulina Menon’s shoes at Carat Media. Charles Berley Jenarius, Group CEO, Carat shares that D’Souza takes charge as Vice-President (North and East) with immediate effect, and would be reporting to Jenarius.

Said Jenarius, “Sujit has strong planning and buying credentials and apart from these, is known for his relationship management and business building skills. More importantly, he has worked extensively in the Delhi market and has a wide brand experience.”
As for Menon, the outgoing CEO (North & East), he said, “Sulina was indeed a valuable asset to the company. She plans to take a sabbatical, and we respect her wishes.”
D’Souza has almost 14 years of experience, which is inclusive of agencies like The MediaEdge, where he worked as Director, Media Services; Lintas and Grey amongst others. After quitting TME, he floated his own media unit called LemonTree in Delhi. J&J, P&G and AirTel are some of the brands that he has handled.
