Swati Bhattacharya to be Global Head of GCPL's Lightbox Creative Lab

Swati Bhattacharya who was the Creative Chairperson of the agency FCB India will join Godrej Consumer Products Limited as the Global Head of Lightbox Creative Lab. This will be in effect from September 1, 2024. Bhattacharya will also be inducted into the GCPL Global Management Committee.
Confirming the development to exchange4media, Swati Bhattacharya said, "I am so excited to work with such amazing minds like Nisa and Sudhir. The fact that I am moving to Mumbai is testimony to this lure—great brands and the whole world as your market and a team that's made up of incredible talent. This is not a move, it's my corporate elopement."
As Bhattacharya takes on this global role, she will be handling markets like Argentina, Africa, Chile, Indonesia and some others, in addition to India at the inhouse ad agency and incubation centre for all kinds of ideas for brand Godrej.
Her past stint with FCB, which she joined way back in 2016, led to the agency winning the maximum number of Cannes Lions and global accolades with campaigns like Sindoor Khela, Out and Proud, and The Politics of Hair amongst others.
