The Outlook Group is set to see key changes in its leadership team. Maheshwer Peri, Publisher - Outlook Group and President - Outlook Publishing, has decided to move on from the company. His term with Outlook ends in March 2012, following which he would be associated with the company in a consulting role.

Outlook Group has elevated Indranil Roy, who has been with the company since 1996, to be the Publisher. At present, Roy is President, Outlook Group.

In conversation with exchange4media, Peri explained that he had taken this decision to turn his attention completely to his publishing venture Pathfinders that currently publishes titles such as ‘Careers 360’ and ‘Education 360’. While Peri had launched Pathfinders in 2009, he had continued with the top job at Outlook.

Peri said, “It was about time I dedicated myself completely to my venture – no job can be part time anymore. My role in Outlook will become more of a mentor now and I look forward to be able to grow Pathfinders further in the year.”
