NTT Com Asia Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT Communications Corporation, has named Bite Communications as its public relations agency of record in Hong Kong. Bite won the business on the back of a multi-agency pitch that involved a number of international PR firms. According to Tammy Tsui, Director, Marketing Communications, NTT Com Asia, Bite was selected because of its unique point-of-view approach and deep industry insights.

Bite will drive a full range of communications and thought-leadership campaigns for NTT Communications, helping the company shape valuable conversations with Hong Kong and regional media and influencers.

“To further expand our thought leadership position in both local and regional ICT industries, we need a partner who really understands the market, and can come up with strategic and creative communications approach to deliver measurable results. We are impressed by Bite’s team and we look forward to working with them,” said Tsui.

“The ICT space is such a hyper-competitive market with everyone fighting to differentiate,” said Paul Mottram, Executive Vice President, Asia Pacific, Bite Communications. “We are eager to help develop a strong point of view for NTT Communications that will really stand out and drive impact.”

NTT Communications in Hong Kong and Macao provides enterprise-class global network, IP connectivity, data centre, cloud hosting, cloud applications and various services and solutions in the region. The company’s announcements include their development plan of a HK$3 billion worth Hong Kong’s first-ever financial data center.
