Speaking to Business Line, Mr Bhaskar Bhat, Managing Director, Titan Industries said, ``India has been a watch-servicing country rather than a watch manufacturing country We attach a lot of sentiments to our watches, and keeping this is in mind we went ahead with branding of spares."
The elements of the logo have been designed to convey Titan's customer-service philosophy. The customer service `Original Spares' logo represents newness and symbolises originality. The blue colour in the background evokes an essence of purity that is associated with water. The softened square encasing the square gives a warm and personal feeling, the release stated.
Mr Sandeep Kulhalli, Business Head of Customer Service, said, "The creation of the logo is part of an on-going process at Titan to identify areas where greater value can be provided to the customer."
