Fiat awards creative duties to Saints & Warriors
As estimated by industry sources, the size of the account is in the vicinity of Rs 60 crore.

Fiat Motors India, a joint venture between Fiat Group Automobiles and Tata Motors Limited, has chosen Saints & Warriors as its creative agency for the next three years. The company had called for a creative pitch four months ago, which was closely battled by leading advertising agencies.
Confirming the news to exchange4media, Tarun Khanna, Head, Marketing, Fiat India said, “The management was under discussions for last few days. After deliberation, we have chosen Saints & Warriors Mumbai as our creative AOR.”
The size of the account could not be ascertained at the time of filing this report.
The incumbent on the account is Bates (known as Bates141 earlier) whose contract ends with the company soon. Bates had won the account in 2008 from Orchard Advertising, the sister concern of Leo Burnett.
For the record, Fiat India Automobiles Limited is a 50-50 Industrial Joint Venture between Fiat Group Automobiles S. p. A., (Fiat) and Tata Motors Limited (Tata) originally incorporated on January 02, 1997. The definitive agreement of the joint venture was signed on October 19, 2007. The board of directors for this company comprises of five nominees each from Fiat and Tata.
