Google ad revenue up to US$33 billion in Q3 2019
Google’s parent company Alphabet’s net income for the quarter has been recorded as $7 billion
Google’s advertising revenues have jumped to US$33 billion for the third quarter of 2019, as per media reports.
Sundar Pichai, Chief Executive Officer, Google, was quoted by media reports as saying: “I am extremely pleased with the progress we made across the board in the third quarter, from our recent advancements in search and quantum computing to our strong revenue growth driven by mobile search, YouTube and Cloud.”
Google’s parent company Alphabet’s net income for the quarter has been recorded as $7 billion, down from $9 billion recorded in Q3 2018.
Google’s Q3 advertising revenues have increased 17 per cent from the same quarter last year.
Last week, media reports said Google India had recorded a 16 per cent increase in profit to Rs 473 crore in FY19.
