Apple has appointed Ipsita Dasgupta as India Country Manager for its streaming services, as per media reports.
Dasgupta’s previous stint was at Hotstar where she was President, Strategy and New Ventures.
At Apple, she takes over from Khushboo Ponwar who last year moved on as Head of Business Development for Apple in India, Middle East, Turkey and Africa, media reports said.
Dasgupta has been associated with several major organisations in the past like GE, Cisco and IBM in several key positions.
