Simon Fox will be stepping down as CEO of Reach, the company which owns Daily Mirror, Express and Star newspapers, media reports have said.
The position will be taken over by Jim Mullen. Fox has been with Reach since 2012.
Mullen was quoted in news reports as saying: “I am delighted to be joining Reach at such an exciting time and look forward to building upon its digital transformation.”
Meanwhile, Fox has said: “There is never an ideal time to leave an organisation, but if there were it would be now.”
