Cheil Communications has selected three agencies for Samsung's Outdoors account worth upward of Rs 15 crore. The agencies are Posterscope, Portland and TDI Media Services. Other agencies which had pitched were RK Swamy/BBDO and OAP (Outdoor Advertising Professionals).
