Saras Salil maintains its lead among the magazines, with India Today being the only English magazine in the Top 10 list.

Managing Director Ritu Dhawan has been given the additional responsibility of CEO, while Executive Director RK Arora as been given the additional charge of Chief Financial Officer. The first among the new appointments at the company is that of Manoj Sharma, who is joining as Group Business Head.

The ‘loans’ category contributed 21 per cent to the overall advertising of ‘Banking & Finance Services’ in print during January-September ’09. Print ad volumes of ‘loans’ category increased by 52 per cent during this period as compared to January-September ’08. ‘SBI’ was the number one advertiser of loan schemes in print during this period.
