Fleishman-Hillard International Communications, one of the world’s leading communications consultancies, has expanded its India footprint, opening a wholly-owned office in New Delhi that complements the firm’s presence in Mumbai. Megha Sharma has been appointed as Vice-President with responsibility for leading the new office, which will provide strategic communications counsel to corporations and organisations based in India or doing business in the country. A specialist in corporate reputation management and crisis communications, Sharma joins Fleishman-Hillard from Euro RSCG PR & Events, where she was heading their New Delhi branch – a role that encompassed client service, strategic consulting and new business development.

Sagar Kambli, Art Director, and copy writer Kuber Sharma have called it a day at Lowe Lintas. They are now headed to Ogilvy India. Kambli and Sharma were with Lowe Mumbai for four years and had worked on brands such as Ginger Hotels, ICICI Prudentials, Chroma and Tata Medical Centre, to name a few. Prior to Lowe, Kambli was with Triton Advertising, Mumbai, while Sharma had worked for a research company by the name of AON Research.

Priya Krishna has joined Big FM Chennai as Station Head. She will report to Suresh Iyer, Regional Head, Big FM, South. This is Krishna's second stint with the radio station. She has 13 years of professional experience, with expertise in areas such as business development, marketing, relationship management, people management and client servicing in the media industry. Krishna commenced her career with the MAC Group of Companies as an officer in the portfolio management division. In 1997, she joined The Times of India, Chennai as an executive, looking after Madras Plus and the financial category clients. Subsequently, she shifted to handling magazines such as Femina and Filmfare. Her stint with The Times of India lasted for eight years.
