Facebook has announced that WhatsApp now supports more than 2 billion users across the world.
In a statement issued on the website, the social networking giant has said: “We know that the more we connect, the more we have to protect. As we conduct more of our lives online, protecting our conversations is more important than ever.”
The statement said there will be no compromised on security.
