Prabha Narasimhan, Managing Director - Colgate Palmolive India Ltd. talks to e4m Editor Naziya Alvi Rahman on the sidelines of the ongoing Goafest.
"Colgate is the single-highest penetrated brand in the country," she told us.
She also spoke about the brand offering premium benefits and how there is a scope to do more in terms of reach and growth.
On being one of the youngest CEOs in the country, Narasimhan spoke of the privileges she had while growing up. "I would like to have a little more conversations about being gender-neutral," she added.
"India is a plethora of opportunities," Narasimhan said speaking of the industry's potential for growth.
