Imagine if the Chairman of a company is called ‘Brahmaputra’ or the Chief Creative Officer of an agency is called ‘Ganga’. And similarly all designations in an organization are given after the names of rivers. Yes, that's the idea that Josy Paul, the Chairman and Chief Creative Officer of BBDO, has come up with. This interesting way of giving designations, feels Paul, will break down all hierarchy and bring in more fluidity in work and create beautiful new things.
