The Head of the Marketing Department at P&G Health, Pampana lets us in on his chill-out mantra
We are back again with our weekly column Chill Out and this week, we caught up with Vijay Kumar Pampana, the Director and Head of the Marketing Department at P&G Health. Kumar spoke to us about his time off work and how he spends leisure time.
On a typical weekend, Kumar loves to spend time with friends and family. He is a sports fanatic and plays sports with the fam-jam.
When asked about what has he binged watched recently, he said, "I recently finished Farzi on Amazon Prime." Kumar's go-to food is Mexican. He went to Maldives last year and this year, he plans on going to Thailand.
When asked about a skill he wants to learn next, Kumar gave a very profound response, he said, "I want to develop skills since I'm at a time of my career where I'm transforming from a rising star to upcoming leader to a senior leader. I want to develop the leadership skills of senior leaders and mentors."
