The 17th edition of exchange4media’s flagship property, the exchange4media Conclave, is slated to take place on October 27 in Mumbai. Carter Murray, Worldwide CEO at FCB, will be one of the keynote speakers in this year’s edition.

The umbrella theme for the conclave this year is ‘Leveraging Open Innovation To Engage Consumers.’

As technology reaches consumers ahead of corporates and initiatives such as Digital India push forward, innovations must transform the consumers’ daily lives. The world is becoming more complex and the customer is growing more impatient. To stay relevant is a daunting task but not unimaginable if a company knows how to be nimble and innovative. Open Innovation, that was once a concept for corporates to understand and take action, is on the rise to become a key tool to stay relevant. It reiterates that marketers must become inclusive in all aspects. They must collaborate and learn from people from different skillsets, strengths and specialities and create solutions that have a far reaching impact.
